Our scheduled appointment for an oil change turned out very well partly because partly because of the very positive welcoming ways of the people we dealt with. The service manager, Michael Myette, was very friendly and and he was more than willing to help with any questions or concerns we had about our car. We appreciate that he let us know about an important repair that we need fairly soon, and he did all that he could to schedule it conveniently for us. More

I only see good reviews and I know for a fact 5-7 people I have talked to left bad reviews and I'm still having a horrible issue with my car that has been going on since May of 2022 and it's now September 2 I have talked to left bad reviews and I'm still having a horrible issue with my car that has been going on since May of 2022 and it's now September 2022 and it's still not fixed or do I yet have a call back for a 4th appointment to diagnosis my car that they said they did 3 time's already, after this I will never recommend or talk nicely about Kelly Ford in Beverly Mass. I’ve had quite a few issues since this purchase sadly. Firstly the oil leaked and a gasket had to be changed almost immediately, then I had brake pads error message and needed new sensors, sadly now I hav Firstly the oil leaked and a gasket had to be changed almost immediately, then I had brake pads error message and needed new sensors, sadly now I have a steering error message and also the car shakes between 65-75 on the highway and some of the door seals have come off just 3/4 months in. The service center have been helpful and they are aware I just wish all these things would have been resolved before purchase so it was good to go - and I hope they can resolve these issues for what was meant to be a dream purpose for me. Mohamed was excellent and no fault of his or the service team - I trust you will resolve this for me and put it right and I will have this back as a 5 star review! More
