Our scheduled appointment for an oil change turned out very well partly because partly because of the very positive welcoming ways of the people we dealt with. When Caitlin checked us in, she asked very very well partly because partly because of the very positive welcoming ways of the people we dealt with. When Caitlin checked us in, she asked very appropriate questions and answered my questions. The service manager, Michael Myette, was very friendly and and he was more than willing to help with any questions or concerns we had about our car. We appreciate that he let us know about an important repair that we need fairly soon, and he did all that he could to schedule it conveniently for us. More
