I had a big issue with my 2016 Ford Edge. My engine needed to be replaced and it was very stressful on me. My service rep Caitlin was unbelievably helpful and friendly. My car was in the shop for almost a month and a half as they needed to wait for the engine to come in. Caitlin kept me up to date on what was happening. We would speak every few days for an update. Caitlin was so helpful and I sincerely appreciate everything she did to assist with the situation. From the appraisers to keeping up with when the engine would arrive, she was on top of the ball. I called Mike about a seatbelt issue I was having in my F-150. He didn't put me on a wait list, just said bring it in so he could look at it and troubleshoot a few things. Ended up needing a part, but wa F-150. He didn't put me on a wait list, just said bring it in so he could look at it and troubleshoot a few things. Ended up needing a part, but was nice not to be put a queue and get eyes on the issue right away. He also took the time to look over my warranty and protection plans so that he was sure I was not overcharged for anything I was having done. Overall great experience. More
