Staff is always friendly and professional, I have many years of putting autos in shops for repairs and this level of service stands out loud and clear welll above other service departments and garages. There is a rental guy ready and willing to help and does so happily and in economical ranges. My vehicle is trusted to nobody else for major work. They even have a thrifty place for small backyard type services as oil changes ,, tire rotation, next to the dealership that honors warranty work or is able to certify work for recommended service needs. They honor credit cards and have a clean waiting area with plenty of things to do while waiting if one so chooses. the auto when out of shop is parked handy the customer. the bills are clear and explained by the service department to my satisfaction. They call me when the vehicle is ready for pickup and when called the dealershp answering system is quite easy to navigate. I find the detailed prompts on it convenient and time saving. I am convinced Ford goes over the top to please thier customers with a proactive philosophy in customer service. Thank you, Thomas Ford for being there when it counts, a true friend. More

I was called by the Service Manager, all work that needed to be done was fully explained, an accurate estimate given and the work done in a timely manner. I made an appointment because my windshield washer fluid was not working. I arrived on time for my appointment and got my car back three hours later. I was told that the hose for the fluid was bad. I tho was not working. I arrived on time for my appointment and got my car back three hours later. I was told that the hose for the fluid was bad. I thought the bill was high...$20.00 for the hose and $98.00 for the labor. So, $108.00 to replace a little bit of hose. My husband is a professional driver. He asked his maintenance people about the job. He thought something was wrong too. His maintenance people said the hose sells in bulk for .21 (twenty-one cents) per foot. And there is a maintenance "Bible" that estimates the time to complete jobs. This job "jobs-out at .25 hours. So, am I unhappy with the service I got. You bet I am. And Thomas Ford asked me to tell everyone I know about the experience I had. I will be doing that for sure. More

The Service Department staff are courteous and treat the customer with respect, especially TJ. They are thorough in explaining the problem and the repair and always go the extra mile to make sure the custom customer with respect, especially TJ. I think the thing that I like most about Thomas Ford's service department is that they try very hard to satisfy my needs for the least amount of money. I'm not saying that the cost of repairing my car is service department is that they try very hard to satisfy my needs for the least amount of money. I'm not saying that the cost of repairing my car is low, just that I don't get the sense that they look for things to repair that don't need it and do the work that really needs to be done for me to have a safe car. Once I had a problem with the service and complained about it. I was asked to bring my car in and the concern was addressed at no cost to me. It is hard to imagine that many dealers or independent garages would have done it this way. I think many dealers get a bad reputation for overcharging the work that is done on a car. While I may be paying more for my service, I have believe that it is done by people who care about what they do and who use the best quality parts for the car. If you're going to spend money to repair your car, I think it's worth paying a little extra knowing that the people who fixe it will stand behind their work. More
