When most people think about going to a dealer for repairs, they think they are going to be "ripped off" and charged way too high of a price. I was one who had this mindset. My recent experience was repairs, they think they are going to be "ripped off" and charged way too high of a price. I was one who had this mindset. My recent experience was a different story. I went to them with a problem with my Ford F150 because my usual mechanic did not feel he could do the job as well as the dealership who specializes in all Ford cars/trucks. They were very informative and gave options for me. I knew that they knew exactly what they were doing which made me feel good. T.J. was the person I dealt with who was very helpful in the process and who kept good communication with me. He also made sure I understood what the issue was and how they took care of it. Going to them probably SAVED me a good deal of money! So much for the "you're going to get ripped off" theory! More
Thomas Ford is a great place to deal with. I have bought 5 vehicles from them. From Sales to Service they work hard for there money. Went in for basic service and was originally told it may be a day b/c a part was n/a but sure enough I get a call an hour later saying they received the part and my car was ready. As a single mother, who for many years traveled from Gloucester to Boston, and now my teenage son is driving one of my Fords, I value the quick response and advice I receive from Brian. I have recommended Thomas Ford to my friends on the North Shore and I know at least 2 friends currently driving new Escapes. It's great to see a local dealership keep good employees - it says a lot about the dealership as a whole. More

I have been having my 2008 Sports trac and my leased 2008 Mercury Mariner serviced by Thomas Ford. I am very happy with the fact that I can call the day before, leave a car off and know it will be ready for Mercury Mariner serviced by Thomas Ford. I am very happy with the fact that I can call the day before, leave a car off and know it will be ready for me on time, at a fair price and done right. I am turning in my leased Mercury at Thomas Ford and intend to give them an opportunity to try to sell me another car instead of leasing. The reason I am not purchasing the Mercury is for two reasons: My Mercury dealer could not correct a water leak that has been ongoing for almost three years and the car smells musty inside. Secondly, the dealership (North Shore Lincoln Mercury) is gone. I have bought a new Ford from Thomas Ford in the past and hope to get a good deal. More
