If I could rate 0/5 stars I would. The most unprofessional garage I have ever went to. As a female, I already have a hard time finding a mechanic I can trust to give me the best care. Ian was extremely rude and disrespectful when I was trying to get a better understand of the issue with my vehicle. My appointment was made a month in advance, work on my car did not begin until an estimated 3 days after my appointment. I asked for further details as to why the repair took longer than my warranty allowed and Ian told me I don’t get that information only the day I dropped it off and picked it up. Ian was extremely sarcastic and told me “that’s the real world time.” I asked Ian twice to show me where on my vehicle the blockage was that was causing rain water to drip all over my feet and head while I’m driving, he refused to come out to my vehicle both times and proceeded to “explain” using much terminology he knew I did not understand. I am disgusted by the way I was spoken to and the responses my father had to go out of his way to get. I would contact the shop Manager ‘Kasey’ but my receipt lists ‘Michael’ as the shop manager. So I guess there’s no clear understanding of who is in charge. They also removed all my Bluetooth settings, assuming to plug in their own phones for who knows what reason, and yes, I also OVERPAID. More

Treated poorly, never heard back from a coward service manager after 1 full week of “it will be ready tomorrow” . So here I am 7 days no truck and another promise. Lost all faith in accountability. I called Kelly Ford for a safety recall in August 2023, I made an apt for Sept 8th, 2023 and gave my VIN number as they needed that to order the recall part. I dropped the truck Thursday evening Sept 7th, 2 made an apt for Sept 8th, 2023 and gave my VIN number as they needed that to order the recall part. I dropped the truck Thursday evening Sept 7th, 2023 and I was told that it was a 1-3 hour recall fix. I then called Friday afternoon to see when I could pick up my truck and was told that they needed to order a part and it would be in for Sat and the truck would be done Monday morning. I asked for a call when it was done. I called at lunch time Monday and left a message and no one called me back. I called again later the same afternoon and I was told that they needed to order another part. They claimed that they called me, but I, like most people in 2023, carry my phone with me all day and night and no one ever called me. This service department is poorly run and has poor customer service. A very unsatisfied former customer. More
I had a big issue with my 2016 Ford Edge. My engine needed to be replaced and it was very stressful on me. My service rep Caitlin was unbelievably helpful and friendly. My car was in the shop for almost a month and a half as they needed to wait for the engine to come in. Caitlin kept me up to date on what was happening. We would speak every few days for an update. Caitlin was so helpful and I sincerely appreciate everything she did to assist with the situation. From the appraisers to keeping up with when the engine would arrive, she was on top of the ball. Thank you Caitlin, Kelly Ford is lucky to have you! More
