The customer is always (nearly, anyway) right. I went in for oil change with coupon for reduced price. I did not realise that the coupon price was for a 4 cylinder engine. I asked why the bill was higher and the service manager explained, then without skipping a beat, the service manager crossed out the price and wrote in the lower coupon price. More

Beverly, MA 01915 Dear Mr. Leary, It is with much consideration and pleasure that I share my recent experience at Thomas Ford. I was in the market for some new tires and new custom wheels for my Ford Mustang GT. I had unwittingly visited a large tire retailer nearby (because that’s what they specialize in, right?) and after two scheduled visits (and nothing but the runaround) left totally frustrated. So I decided I would stop in to Thomas Ford. You cannot imagine the surprise at the level of service that I received at your company. The entire process was the polar opposite of what I had experienced at the so called Tire experts company. At your service desk, a polite young woman recommended that I speak with Lenny Johnson. Let me tell you something. This guy is outstanding! He understands how to forge a business relationship. I explained what I wanted in my new tire package and he was eager to listen and eager to help. Within the first few minutes of my encounter I knew that I was dealing with a professional and someone who understands how to treat people. Lenny took the time to research the specs for any fitment issues. He did some brief research with your parts department as well as online and in a mere matter of minutes assured me that I had come to the right place. (Please accept my apologies that I hadn’t thought of your organization sooner but it won’t happen again). Mark Ringenwald, in the service department, was great a giving me an estimate and getting everything ordered correctly. He also was prompt in ordering and scheduling without making me feel rushed or pressured. Even the technician who took possession of my keys and vehicle after hours was eager to help. He could have just as easily said, “We’re closed, use the drop box on the side of the building” but he didn’t. My Mustang’s new wheel package looks awesome thanks to your staff. Huge kudos to Lenny for a job well done and for his outstanding customer service! I’d also like to thank the rest of the staff that I encountered during the process. This was my first service visit for my 2013 Ford Focus, purchased new last year with excellent help and advice from Ambrose Orlando on the car itself and Gary Sbordone on the financing. The recent service purchased new last year with excellent help and advice from Ambrose Orlando on the car itself and Gary Sbordone on the financing. The recent service included an oil change, fluid checks, tire rotation, and repair of a tire with a slow leak. Kevin Sgro handled everything professionally, quickly, thoroughly, and in a very friendly manner too. Kevin, Ambrose, and Gary are the among the main reasons I have recommended Thomas Ford to at least a dozen people this past year alone. Kevin also saw to it that a small bolt from under the front fender that I lost (when I accidentally tapped the front of the vehicle) was replaced during my service visit. The car is GREAT ---- love driving it and it suits me perfectly. I'm also getting terrific gas mileage. Having the service done right at Thomas Ford gives me great confidence that I'm going to be driving this car for many years to come. Thomas Ford is what I would call a "downtown" business----not some sleek "auto mile" showroom that tries to make you feel like you're in the mezzanine of a Las Vegas hotel. They put their money in people and the products, not interior design. (That is not to say that I was in any way uncomfortable there------the waiting room, TV. complimentary coffee, reading materials are all fine............just not overly fancy.) It's a "real" dealership and service department, with honest, highly competent, friendly people who really know their products and do their best to match you with the right one. More

Thomas Ford took my Windstar twice with in a weeks time for two different issues. They called as promised with an realistic estimate and explained the cost. We are not new customers, due to a part availability problem and scheduling problem during a Ford recall of the this van (for the axle), we went to another dealer for a while. Thomas ford has regained my customer loyalty and I think this time we are back to stay. They are great people and want to do right by the customer and the brand. Thank you JH More
