2011 F350 warranty service I brought my 2011 F350 Super Duty in for service work which was covered under the extended warranty. Even though I bought the truck at another Ford de I brought my 2011 F350 Super Duty in for service work which was covered under the extended warranty. Even though I bought the truck at another Ford dealership in New Hampshire, they treated me like I actually bought the truck from them, which says a lot about the dealership as a whole. Now, I could have brought the truck back to the dealership I bought it from and had the work done without paying the $100 deductible since an augment could be made that this was a condition that was present when I bought the truck but out of convenience and the positive experience I had with the service adviser, and the problem being rectified was well worth the $100. Being a mechanic myself and not having much faith in MoCo dealership service departments, I have to say that this review doesn't come lightly, and to actually go out of my way to write this review should say volumes. I will be using Kelly Ford for my future service work and I will update this review as well. More

Needed a new clutch fix cracked dash and take care of old r I was treated rudely one too many times at ford in Danvers so when they said it could take up to a month to get a new clutch i decided to try kelly I was treated rudely one too many times at ford in Danvers so when they said it could take up to a month to get a new clutch i decided to try kelly ford in Beverly even though it was 5 miles further away than danvers. I was treated well. The service dept kept me informed throughout the process and they were able to get the parts I needed in a day. I'll continue to go out of my way to use Kell Ford of Beverly. Especially when its time to upgrade my wheels! More
