Thinking of not purchasing Ford products I went in for a oil change and was lied to the service manager told me an hour, I got at the service center 12:50Pm waited until 2:40 PM asked the ser I went in for a oil change and was lied to the service manager told me an hour, I got at the service center 12:50Pm waited until 2:40 PM asked the service manager what was going on he said he checked and wasn’t going to be much longer as I looked out of the window I noticed that my Ford Explorer was still in the parking lot. I then asked for my keys and left all he had to do is be honest but instead was lied to waisted 2-1/2 hours of my time. Thinking about not purchasing Ford products because of the rotten service and would advise anyone who is thinking about using Ford. I spent a lot of money for my vehicle and thought the service was part of what I paid for,but it seems like when you buy something from ford there done with you. I owned A GMC sierra and got nothing but great service. That being said the sales people of Ford were absolutely awesome great people that might have to suffer because of the lame careless attitude from the service department. More
