Our scheduled appointment for an oil change turned out very well partly because partly because of the very positive welcoming ways of the people we dealt with. I had a great experience buying a used car from Kelly Ford, easy straight forward in and out. After money exchanged hands is where things fell apart. I had a few mechanical issues and concerns after only Ford, easy straight forward in and out. After money exchanged hands is where things fell apart. I had a few mechanical issues and concerns after only owning the vehicle for 60 days and less than 2500 miles I put on it. Reached out to the dealership several times with no call back, sent emails... nothing. It wasn't until I was connected with Gary who was the only person who would listen and advocate on the consumers' behalf and work to find an outcome that would satisfy both parties. After a month the end result was me having a vehicle that needs a few repairs and the dealership not willing to do anything (even know it's under the dealership warranty). They had no problem taking my money, but when it came time to fix the problems, they wanted nothing to do with it. So, if you want to buy a vehicle at Kelly Ford, you definitely should.. But if you want to buy a vehicle and have the peace of mind knowing you're in good hands post sale.. I would run.. not walk.. run the other way. More
