We purchased our Escape from Thomas Ford in August '09. The sales experience was fine - no pressure and George Koulongis was very helpful. George was knowledgeable and answered our questions quickly and well. He was our idea of an ideal "car salesman" ... no BS, friendly, and helpful. We had the exact car we wanted at the price we hoped for within a week. We had visited two other Ford dealerships, but Thomas was the one for us, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it first to anyone. More

Located used 2006 Ford Explorer on their website for $23,679. Spoke to Tom Murphy on Thursday to ensure they still had vehicle which he confirmed. Told him I would probably be up on Saturday. Arrived Saturday, spoke with Tom, he was busy with another customer but sent me on a test drive with another salesman. I was ready to purchase vehicle, sat down to discuss purchase and trade-in with other salesman, price was $25,489. I advised him that was not the price I had and I had a copy of the printout in my car. He asked if I would get it which I did. Sales Manager refused to honor price, said he "couldn't sell the car for that price." He said it was adjusted in the two days since I had seen it. I did receive an email later saying they would honor the price but would not take the trade-in we discussed. Needless to say I would not deal with such a sleazy company and will purchase elsewhere. Do your research and bring it with you!!! More
