I think the thing that I like most about Thomas Ford's service department is that they try very hard to satisfy my needs for the least amount of money. I'm not saying that the cost of repairing my car is service department is that they try very hard to satisfy my needs for the least amount of money. I'm not saying that the cost of repairing my car is low, just that I don't get the sense that they look for things to repair that don't need it and do the work that really needs to be done for me to have a safe car. Once I had a problem with the service and complained about it. I was asked to bring my car in and the concern was addressed at no cost to me. It is hard to imagine that many dealers or independent garages would have done it this way. I think many dealers get a bad reputation for overcharging the work that is done on a car. While I may be paying more for my service, I have believe that it is done by people who care about what they do and who use the best quality parts for the car. If you're going to spend money to repair your car, I think it's worth paying a little extra knowing that the people who fixe it will stand behind their work. More

I have been having my Ford vehicle serviced there for over 10 years & have been very happy with them. I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid from them & was happy to have the personalized service over 10 years & have been very happy with them. I was very pleased with Thomas Ford of Beverly since the first contact. The lady at the service desk name Barbie promptly great me as soon as I walked in to drop off my car. Barbie explained to me the procedures of having my car evaluated and my obligations. She called me as soon as my car was ready, than we re-schedule an appointment at my leisure, to have a new part changed, which she placed the order. They great customer service doesn’t stop here, that was a gentleman who drove me back home. Over all the staff was very professional and friendly. Being a loyal Ford owner for about 20 years, I have yet to find a better service team to deal with when it comes time for maintenance. As usual, very courteous when scheduling, dropping off and picking up. We have purchased & leased 2 F-150's and an Explorer over the years, all from Tony, and nothing but good things to say about how he t and picking up. I recall having a serious problem with the radio / CD player in the latest F-150, it wouldn't stop engaging and running the battery down when the truck was off. I have been fortunate to have been a customer of Thomas Ford since I bought my first Ford, a Ranger Pickup, in 1998. Since then I have traded up to an Explorer Sport Track in 2004 and a Ford Edge in 2009. My experiences with both the Sales and Service Staffs have been a pleasure, whithout exception. My most recent experience with Thomas Ford was on 2/18/10, to have the 30,000 mile maintenance done on the Ford Edge. Scheduling the work was simple and TJ was a great listener and was flexible with the timing. On the day of the service, Barbara was cheerful and competent as she greated me by name and reviewed my expectations to make sure their was no misunderstanding. She offered a complimentary rental car, which I did not need, but I appreciated the offer. Barbara called me as soon as the work was done. Scott greated me when I walked in to recover the Edge and reviewed the bill with me to make sure all my questions were answered. This may sound like an unusual amount of attention for one customer, but at Thomas Ford it has been the standard for the 12 years I have been doing busines with them.
