As usual, very courteous when scheduling, dropping off and picking up. We have purchased & leased 2 F-150's and an Explorer over the years, all from Tony, and nothing but good things to say about how he t and picking up. I recall having a serious problem with the radio / CD player in the latest F-150, it wouldn't stop engaging and running the battery down when the truck was off. I have been fortunate to have been a customer of Thomas Ford since I bought my first Ford, a Ranger Pickup, in 1998. Since then I have traded up to an Explorer Sport Track in 2004 and a Ford Edge in 2009. My experiences with both the Sales and Service Staffs have been a pleasure, whithout exception. My most recent experience with Thomas Ford was on 2/18/10, to have the 30,000 mile maintenance done on the Ford Edge. Scheduling the work was simple and TJ was a great listener and was flexible with the timing. On the day of the service, Barbara was cheerful and competent as she greated me by name and reviewed my expectations to make sure their was no misunderstanding. She offered a complimentary rental car, which I did not need, but I appreciated the offer. Barbara called me as soon as the work was done. Scott greated me when I walked in to recover the Edge and reviewed the bill with me to make sure all my questions were answered. This may sound like an unusual amount of attention for one customer, but at Thomas Ford it has been the standard for the 12 years I have been doing busines with them. I recently bought a used Escape wagon that was showroom clean and priced super competitive. I had a small service issue and needed to bring it back. They are unfailingly helpful, polite, honest and accomodating, and they are th service industry; they are great in the whole customer care industry. I know they know what they're talking about and I know that if I call them with a car issue, they will make it right. I have never felt that they have "talked me into" repairs or service that I didn't need, and I have always felt that the charges were fair. I have pulled in without an appointment on occasions and they have helped me out without question. Once I needed new wiper blades in a violent rain storm. I drove straight in, and in about 4 minutes, I was out again, with new blades, fitted for me, and it cost me about $8.00. That's the sort of service that builds confidence and loyalty. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. More

The salesman, Tom Murphy, was very helpful and knew the ins and outs of all the different Ford vehicles. Explained what "Sync" did and I love this option in my vehicle. I was introduced to the General Manager, Jeff Klein, and the owner, Steve Leary. I could tell that these people care about their customers. They made sure everything went as smooth as possible with my trade-in and purchase of the Ford Flex. Their follow-up and attention to detail I was most impressed with. These are the reasons I give this dealership very high marks. More

Located used 2006 Ford Explorer on their website for $23,679. Spoke to Tom Murphy on Thursday to ensure they still had vehicle which he confirmed. Told him I would probably be up on Saturday. Arrived Saturday, spoke with Tom, he was busy with another customer but sent me on a test drive with another salesman. I was ready to purchase vehicle, sat down to discuss purchase and trade-in with other salesman, price was $25,489. I advised him that was not the price I had and I had a copy of the printout in my car. He asked if I would get it which I did. Sales Manager refused to honor price, said he "couldn't sell the car for that price." He said it was adjusted in the two days since I had seen it. I did receive an email later saying they would honor the price but would not take the trade-in we discussed. Needless to say I would not deal with such a sleazy company and will purchase elsewhere. Do your research and bring it with you!!! More
