I have been having my 2008 Sports trac and my leased 2008 Mercury Mariner serviced by Thomas Ford. I am very happy with the fact that I can call the day before, leave a car off and know it will be ready for Mercury Mariner serviced by Thomas Ford. I am turning in my leased Mercury at Thomas Ford and intend to give them an opportunity to try to sell me another car instead of leasing. The reason I am not purchasing the Mercury is for two reasons: My Mercury dealer could not correct a water leak that has been ongoing for almost three years and the car smells musty inside. Secondly, the dealership (North Shore Lincoln Mercury) is gone. I have bought a new Ford from Thomas Ford in the past and hope to get a good deal. More
