When most people think about going to a dealer for repairs, they think they are going to be "ripped off" and charged way too high of a price. I was one who had this mindset. My recent experience was repairs, they think they are going to be "ripped off" and charged way too high of a price. I was one who had this mindset. My recent experience was a different story. I went to them with a problem with my Ford F150 because my usual mechanic did not feel he could do the job as well as the dealership who specializes in all Ford cars/trucks. They were very informative and gave options for me. I knew that they knew exactly what they were doing which made me feel good. T.J. was the person I dealt with who was very helpful in the process and who kept good communication with me. He also made sure I understood what the issue was and how they took care of it. Going to them probably SAVED me a good deal of money! So much for the "you're going to get ripped off" theory! More

We stopped at Thomas Ford to have a look at a new Ford Edge. A 2011 used Nissan Rogue was on the lot. We were driving a 2005 Nissan Maxima and just like that Glenn Essler showed us this used car with lo Edge. A 2011 used Nissan Rogue was on the lot. We were driving a 2005 Nissan Maxima and just like that Glenn Essler showed us this used car with low mileage and bingo we negotiated a good deal and we bought the Rogue. Glenn Essler is a great salesman and Thomas Ford is a well know car dealership in Beverly, MA. This is a 5 star review. More
