He was incredible... friendly, professional, paid careful attention to every detail and meeting our needs. We leased the Ford Edge and we love it. Wes also sat with me in the Edge at the time of pick up and explained every feature too. Wes said if I had any questions going forward to contact him at any time, he would ALWAYS be happy to help. Brian and Tom were also VERY helpful to us regarding the "grounding" of my current car and lease. The process of terminating our prior lease (with a different auto company) was stressful for me and with the assistance they provided us, it put me at ease right away. They went the extra mile for us for sure. We also worked with John Celesk in finalizing our lease deal and Gary in finance. Both Gary and John were terrific too. More

Great experience at Kelly Ford I had purchased my last Ford at another dealership and was not happy with the sales person (rude, arrogant, etc.). I decided to try Kelly Ford this time and am very happy with Brad, our sales person. Brad was new to Kelly Ford and was great at being "no pressure." I was 8 months pregnant and needed a bigger car for our growing family. I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and to help get me the best offer available, all on a holiday weekend. He has been responsive since over text (which has been very convenient for me) answering a few questions for me. Many of the other managers stopped by and said hello and introduced themselves.
