Process made Easy I drove up with a Toyota lease at noon and drove away with a new Ford Edge at 4pm. There was even a small ding on the New truck that Kelly Ford had taken care of in their body shop while they got the inspection sticker completed for the truck. He was incredible... friendly, professional, paid careful attention to every detail and meeting our needs. We leased the Ford Edge and we love it. Wes also sat with me in the Edge at the time of pick up and explained every feature too. Wes said if I had any questions going forward to contact him at any time, he would ALWAYS be happy to help. Brian and Tom were also VERY helpful to us regarding the "grounding" of my current car and lease. The process of terminating our prior lease (with a different auto company) was stressful for me and with the assistance they provided us, it put me at ease right away. They went the extra mile for us for sure. We also worked with John Celesk in finalizing our lease deal and Gary in finance. Both Gary and John were terrific too. More
