He showed me several cars and I went through my finance options. He took time to deliver the car and explained everything thoroughly. Great experience. Wes MacMaster met us in the lot and showed us the exact vehicle we had seen online that morning. He could not have been more helpful to us - he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Wes even moved our personal vehicle off the street and into the lot so we wouldn't get a parking ticket! He really had every detail covered and walked us through the whole process. Wes even came in on his day off to personally be there when we picked up the car. It was all washed and ready to go with an inspection sticker, new front tires and a full tank of gas. He personally showed us all the features of the car, and even synched our phones. All I can say is Wes is a pleasure to deal with and we'd highly recommend him to anyone. He's a hard worker and a man of integrity. Gary Sbordone the finance manager processed us quickly and painlessly for the loan. First thing the next morning I received an email and text message from Taylor Phillips in reply to my question on price. The price quote left no room to haggle as it was very reasonable, so I committed to purchase. The kicker here is that my residence is out-of-state and just shy of 300 miles away. My next contact was with Sabrina Marchelli who handled related documentation and John Shea who authorized the deal and provided options for delivery. My local financing was approved at the close of business on Thursday and John arranged delivery to my door on the busy Friday of a holiday weekend. Early Friday morning I was contacted by salesman Wes MacMaster who informed me my new Fiat was on I-90 and ETA 10:15 a.m. Wes had the car washed locally and delivered it on time. He provided a complete demo of the car, synched my phone, etc. as if I were at the dealership. He was the consummate professional as well as everyone mentioned herein.
