At the Time Ford was offering discounts and incentives. It was good timing for me. They were quite fair with my CR-V trade in. Next I had an issue with space in the car for my business. Francis drove the car to my house so I could see if my equipment for my business would all fit in the car. He insisted he drive to me so I wouldn't have to deal with the road traffic that was happening around Kelly Ford. That in my eyes was over and beyond his job description. I took that evening to decide that it would be the right car. The next day I wanted to move forward. It was Francis' day off. That's when John stepped up to the plate. He located a vehicle of the color I wanted and the next day we sealed the deal. On Saturday, they had the car ready and Francis went over the entire panel of buttons and info. so that I could operate my new car. Not once did Francis or John drag their feet, give false information, or play the"let's make a deal" game that other dealerships do. It was an easy, pleasant, positive, experience. When i sent a request John at Kelly Ford for a F150, I received an email within 30 minutes stating what was available. Believe it or not, this was all done while my husband and I were boating. He requested information about our trade to make the information readily available upon our arrival. We were greeted by Lee and John, Two ROCK STARS!! We were not planning on buying that day. We would rather have sleepless nights and stress when we purchase something (HAHA). However, Lee was so good at explaining everything to us, the test drive was FUN, we connected right away. Upon walking back to the office, I got a text from my husband that said to me" you are the finical adviser, make it happen." John then proceeded to make sure all was going well. WELL IT WENT WELL, WE BOUGHT THAT NIGHT! They closed at 8pm and we did not leave until 9:15, Never once did we feel pressure, It was all GOOD. Thank you Kelly! More

Fran explained the options of each and in the end it was a no-brainer that I needed the Edge. Then came all the financial paperwork with Gary Sbordone, who by chance sold me my 2010 Fusion. Gary was kind and knowledgeable and made it as easy as possible. When all finished John Celesk came over to make sure I was happy and that everything was satisfactory. All in all a great experience for an unpleasant task. More
