Not to worry, they were just as friendly and helpful. My salesman was Fran Silva who helped me immensely as I was undecided on which SUV would suit my needs. Fran explained the options of each and in the end it was a no-brainer that I needed the Edge. Then came all the financial paperwork with Gary Sbordone, who by chance sold me my 2010 Fusion. Gary was kind and knowledgeable and made it as easy as possible. When all finished John Celesk came over to make sure I was happy and that everything was satisfactory. All in all a great experience for an unpleasant task. More
