Why dealers get a bad reputation. Perfect example of why I hate buying a car. Did a ton of research prior, knew the exact car that I wanted and the MSRP. Only spoke to three dealers. One catch was it was the wrong color car. They assured me it was not a problem and they could honor the same price with the color I wanted even if they had to pull it from another dealer. I pushed for the window sticker but they said it was going to take some time but again assured me it was not a problem but I needed to come in "today" to secure the deal. I fight 90 mins of traffic and I get to the dealer they sit me in a room, slide the quote over and it's $100 more a month. What happened I asked? The original quote was for a "demo" car. Since they are having to pull from another dealer the price went up. I explained I asked the sales person this very question BEFORE I fought 90 mins of traffic and he assured me they would honor the same price. I walked out. Kind of sad really. I guess Kelly does not value honesty and being true to their word. The process at Kelly is the perfect example of why car dealers get such a bad wrap. More

F150 buying experieence In January I decided that I wanted a truck and after contacting every Ford dealer in eastern MA, RI and CT and ended my search at Kelly Ford. My sale In January I decided that I wanted a truck and after contacting every Ford dealer in eastern MA, RI and CT and ended my search at Kelly Ford. My salesman was Robert England was extremely knowledgeable. I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past 20 years and Robert has been the best salesman that I have had. During the negotiation process I also met John Celesk who gave me a great price on the vehicle that I was interested in. After leaving for the night to think about it I realized that it was not the truck I ultimately wanted. Instead of pushing me to settle into something that I would have like and not loved John suggested that we build a truck in order to get everything that I wanted and nothing that was unnecessary. The following day did just that and today I picked up my 2018 F150 in blue jean metallic. My overall experience was great and I highly recommend you consider them for your future Ford purchase. More
