Outstanding service In the past I have leased 3 Ford vehicles from another dealership. This showroom at Kelly Ford is state of the art, very impressive. I went in with a friend who was in the process of purchasing a vehicle, I had no intentions of purchasing one myself, but I did the next day and couldn't be happier with the service and the whole experience I had at this dealership. Bruno Caetano was my sales person who did a great job, and made the experience stress free. I will definitely recommend Kelly Ford to friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle. More

Car was and still is, bad out of the box. I'm not sure how everyone on this site gives 5 stars, but that wasn't my experiance. My service advisor left or was fired, which wasn't a loss, I've I'm not sure how everyone on this site gives 5 stars, but that wasn't my experiance. My service advisor left or was fired, which wasn't a loss, I've sat on hold for the service manager, left my information, no call back. Called the General manager, no call back. They've made two attempts at fixing my brand new transmission and I think they're just waiting out the warranty. More
