New Escape We live on Nantucket and we searched many Ford Dealerships on island and on the cape looking for the right deal and right car. We went in there knowing we wanted to leave with a new car and Michael Walsh made it happen. He asked all the right questions so he knew exactly what we wanted. The service was incredible and we left the dealership with a brand new Ford Escape SE. We are loving our new car!! Thank you Kelly Ford! More

Thinking of not purchasing Ford products I went in for a oil change and was lied to the service manager told me an hour, I got at the service center 12:50Pm waited until 2:40 PM asked the ser I went in for a oil change and was lied to the service manager told me an hour, I got at the service center 12:50Pm waited until 2:40 PM asked the service manager what was going on he said he checked and wasn’t going to be much longer as I looked out of the window I noticed that my Ford Explorer was still in the parking lot. I then asked for my keys and left all he had to do is be honest but instead was lied to waisted 2-1/2 hours of my time. Thinking about not purchasing Ford products because of the rotten service and would advise anyone who is thinking about using Ford. I spent a lot of money for my vehicle and thought the service was part of what I paid for,but it seems like when you buy something from ford there done with you. I owned A GMC sierra and got nothing but great service. That being said the sales people of Ford were absolutely awesome great people that might have to suffer because of the lame careless attitude from the service department. More

Quick response to have repair done a lot of Xmas shopping Problem trying to start car. Called AAA and had car tow to Kelly Ford On Sunday Shop closed. Called Monday and spoke to Lou Shop was loaded with back Problem trying to start car. Called AAA and had car tow to Kelly Ford On Sunday Shop closed. Called Monday and spoke to Lou Shop was loaded with backup and Lou told me they would do their best to get it fixed as quick as possible. Lou called Tuesday and the problem was fixed and that I could pick it up. Was greatly satisfied. Thanks More
