We own a small/medium size construction company on the Northshore. 12 trucks from 1/4 ton pickups to 66K GVW dump trucks. Christian has been serving all my trucks for over a decade now and we think he’s Northshore. 12 trucks from 1/4 ton pickups to 66K GVW dump trucks. Christian has been serving all my trucks for over a decade now and we think he’s one of the best we’ve ever met or felt with. His loyalty to Kelly and his dealership is some much that we now purchase all of our trucks there. Not out of a loyalty to Kelly or Ford but to Christian and his diesel team and the work they do. Exceptional Service and Personalism I recently had the experience of working with Christian Burns, the shop foreman. I was having trouble understanding why I was having issues with my Ta I recently had the experience of working with Christian Burns, the shop foreman. I was having trouble understanding why I was having issues with my Taurus. I explained that the tire company I went through for new tires had told me that my alignment was over wearing my tires and that they had performed an alignment but the rear tires were still in the red zone. He showed me that the tire company had been working with info on the wrong vehicle type and that he could do fix the alignment. I don't suspect that he personally did the work, but the alignment came back nearly dead on perfect, all in the green. He also informed me that I needed to have more work done due to the mileage on, I think he said the struts, and the wear pattern on the tires. He was right!!! I will never go anywhere else again.. All anyone needs is a relatable personality and to be treated with respect. More
