Hi Mr. Legg, we are sorry to learn about this. We did reach out to the General Manager regarding this and we learned that you came in over the weekend looking trade in your 2005 Dodge Ram for $19,000. Due to the mileage and condition it was in, unfortunately, it was not worth that amount.

That is a total lie. What I said I have seen that same truck because it has a cummings diesel from 12000. --to 19000. Now was out shopping for a 01/04/21 and was given 9500. trade in for a brand new one.
