The run around started when my brand new car was delivered withbody damage. Salesman Gabrielle acknowledged the damage occured before they delivered the car- through the clear coat and base coat and delivered withbody damage. His story kept changing (3 different times)-- finally ending with he will send me a touch-up kit to fix it myself. Thinking I bought a brand new car and not a DIY autobody project I asked to speak to management, was told I need to speak to Adam Hoyt. I called FIVE different days, receptionist Crystal politely paged him (he never answered) and promised he would call me back that day. He never called back. And now a month later - the DIY paint supplies never arrived as promised. A simple problem was made far more annoying than it need be by ignoring the customer as soon as the check is cashed. Next time we hear Brian Kelly on TV, you should know he is really saying "How's that for making it sleazy!" More

Very dishonest service department. Told me that I needed my back brakes redone. Went to Meineke to confirm and they told me the brakes were fine. I have had both good and bad experience with Kelly Ford Beverly. I have bought 3 ford escapes, although 1 was only owned for a month. The first car I had no issues with and the service was good. 2 years Beverly. I have bought 3 ford escapes, although 1 was only owned for a month. The first car I had no issues with and the service was good. 2 years ago I went in to upgrade to a 2017 titanium. Loved the car when I did the test drive. When I received it the allignment was messed up and there was an issue with the front wheel area where it would constantly rattle. After taking it in 2 times they figured out the alignment was messed up and did some they fixed some other issue. This is after probably 5 hours of my time wasted. Adter all of that the rattling still wasnt fixed. Took it in again and told me it should be good. Shortly after I left rattling was still there. Tried one more time and still not fixed. At rhis point I had wasted many hours and was very upset. My only alternative was trading it back in to get whatever was available because I needed a car. I settled for an ugly color bottom line escape as tgat was what was available. Never got an apology for the bad experience and lost 1000 dollars and many hours of my time. Present day I went to give the 2nd set of keys to a family member so they can use the car. Second set of keys dont work. I changed the battery multiple times and still doesn't work. Had to spend $185 to get another set of keys. Was at Kely for 90 minutes and they couldn't get it programmed , which will cost another $150. Now I have to wait for them to figure put the issue and then come back in to waste more money and time. My aggrevation with this dealership has been building up over the years and to share it with others who may choose to buy a car their. I hope they have a much better experience. More
