We are sorry to learn about your experience, vitoso14. We did reach out to both the General Manager as well as the Service Manager to get a better understanding of this. From what we gathered, you originally came in your an oil change appointment and asked for us to look at a transmission issue. Currently, we do not have a transmission technician so we outsource transmission issues per Ford warranty guidelines. When we called the Ford approved transmission shop, we were told that they would not be able to look at it for 3-4 weeks due to them being short staffed and backed up with current work. We relayed this information back to you and asked if you would like us to schedule the repair. Please let us know if you have any other questions - thank you!

I have already called 5 times to discuss the multiple paint chips that were pointed out at the time of delivery. I also wanted to confirm that it is management's view that requiring a customer to fix their brand-new car meets Kelly's quality standards. (Given the variety of rediculous responses previously provided by the salesman, that is a necessary question). I have not received a response to my 5 previous calls - why call again? I have not received the promised touch-up paint. That is my experience with Kelly Ford --making simple problems bigger than they should be.
