Surprisingly simple! My wife and I test drove a Buick Regal at another dealership. The salesman there recommended a Lacrosse but didnt have any. So we looked at Kelley online and found one that we liked. Went to the dealership to meet Pat Hynes greeting us. Pat showed us the features, had a test drive, and left. We cringed at the end of the meeting awaiting him to start badgering for our licenses, or even a contact number.. but he never bothered us. We never got the feeling of bewildering. We talked that night and felt we are dealing with a different car company and would give them a try. The next day we mentally prepared ourselves for battle. However again, Pat worked smoothly with the transaction making everything right. I plan to purchase 2 more cars in the future for my boys and I know now where I am headed first. More
