Out of state buyer from Minnesota. Looked at multiple, easily 10+ GMC Sierras online, from multiple websites. Ended up using / finding my truck on autotrader. Kelley absolutely had best vehicles, from a quality perspective, and the best price, than any other dealer in US. No haggle, no surprises, gave me the most for my trade, than any other dealer. Felt absolutely comfortable with puchasing site unseen. Drove my trade from MN on a Sunday, met with Mark on Monday morning, was on my way back to MN before noon. All would not be possible without assistance from my salesperson Mark Williams and Mike Hamilton in Finance. Can't say enough good things about both, Mark and Mike are both, genuine, honest, straight shooters. If you're looking for someone you can trust I would highly recommend requesting Mark Williams, you will not be dissapointed.
Doug Butler was great to work with. He was not pushy. He listened to what we were in the market for buying and did not try to sway us to a more expensive car. He knew the facts about the cars in the lot without looking at the information tag on the cars or going to a computer inside or his cell phone. When we looked at the papers on the window of the cars it said she what he had said.
