Bad service experience My 2018 jeep wrangler had several issue`s . After two separate trips to the dealership for a total of 10 days the tech claims he can not find any issu My 2018 jeep wrangler had several issue`s . After two separate trips to the dealership for a total of 10 days the tech claims he can not find any issue`s with the jeep . I went and picked it up and less than two hours later i replicated the failure and video recorded it and sent it to them via email. Even after that they claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle . I am blown away that even with evidence they claim its not happening. More

Spent $1300 - being verbally assured this would fix the problem but of course it happened again in less than two weeks. Paid again for a tow. Then i'm told by Stan it's another $800 because now the 'sensor' is now bad. I believe that was probably the initial problem all along as we'd been told it was computer related before (and we told Keffer this). Beware they have a disclaimer about working on cars that are older which was NOT given to me or I wouldn't have put $1300 into non guaranteed irepair work.. BTW they constantly want you to review after your visit - and they didn't follow up at all after this visit I'm sure knowing I was unhappy. I'd leave a good review for good service but I have 1300 reasons to leave this one. More

Dropped my Jeep off any scheduled appointment time and received a call about an hour later stating that my axle seals and fluids needed to be replaced (not one mention of airbag recall). I said go ahead on the repair since it was at the dealer even though it probably would have been half the price elsewhere. Called at 5pm to see if Jeep was ready and they said it was but the airbag recall would have to be rescheduled a week out because they didn’t have part! They could have ordered the part or told me they didn’t have it when I made the appointment, when I dropped it off and when they called to jam me on the repairs to the axles. They didn’t. Very poor communication and when I asked for the manager he blamed Fiat Chrysler. Not the fact that they can’t communicate. Awful service experience and it seems they really don’t care! More

The lack of efficiency and professionalism is astonishing and every time that I've had to go in or call nobody has any idea what they're doing. I've asked them four times about my warranty and absolutely nobody there is able to help me. They either say they will call me back or they transfer me to another department that is unable to help. I stopped by the dealership a few days ago to get my oil changed and get an inspection done. I waited TWO HOURS (with zero updates & nobody around to ask about the status) to receive my vehicle back and find that they forgot to do the inspection and they didn't top off my fluids or fill my tires (which my vehicle alerted me of two days later). If your heart is set on a Jeep or something else that this dealership offers, go to another!! More
Safety recalls should go elsewhere. I had an appointment for a safety recall, passenger air bag, to be replaced at 8:30 this morning. At the end of the day, my Jeep had not been touched and I was never told otherwise until I finally contacted them. They had my vehicle the entire day and all they wanted me to do is reschedule. I will not be back. I was inconvenienced, lost money, lost time, and I still have to get my recall completed . I'm I missing something? More

"Fantastic Service During Vehicle Upgrade." I went in to get my 2008 Jeep Commander serviced, I ended up trading in my Commander and leaving there with a 2013 Chrysler 300S. I just felt that it I went in to get my 2008 Jeep Commander serviced, I ended up trading in my Commander and leaving there with a 2013 Chrysler 300S. I just felt that it was time for the upgrade, and Leslie Cooper my salesperson listened to my requests and was able to get me into a vehicle that I was very comfortable with. She was there with me through the whole process and made sure that I was satisfied. Overall I must say that my experience with Ms. Cooper was exceptional and I would whole heartedly recommended her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Very satisfied customer. Thank You. More
Almost blew my engine I brought my car in for a "speedy" oil change. I left my car went and had breakfast and when we returned , me and my two toddlers got in the car to le I brought my car in for a "speedy" oil change. I left my car went and had breakfast and when we returned , me and my two toddlers got in the car to leave. On the way out of the dealership I saw my check engine light on (was not on before I dropped it off). As I was turning around my dashboard started to light up with other warnings. By the time I was pulling back into the service center I had black smoke coming from my engine and everyone saying "turn it off". A technician didn't put on the cap right or something after having a routine oil change done so I had oil all over my engine. I had to leave the car , again, and come back later to get it after they cleaned it up. If I had left and drove farther away , I would have been stuck on the side of the road with 2 two year olds. Minimal communication and still need to go back a 2nd time I unfortunately had a flat tire occur on my drive home from work. I had my car towed to the dealership to have the tire repaired. I called them first thing the next morning to see if they had any in stock and they had one. I had an appointment for the following week already scheduled for recall issues. They confirmed they had a tire in stock and I asked them if they could include the other issues w/ this appointment since it was so early in the day and they would have my car but that the tire was the main item to complete that day and if they couldn't get to the other things that was not a problem since I still had the appointment the following week. By 4pm I had received zero communication other then the automated text telling me my service representative. I sent a text back to that line looking for an update. 443pm I was told that they were just getting the car to be looked at that point- this was on a Friday. I sent a text Saturday 1046am to ask for an update- no response. I called early Saturday afternoon to connect to my service rep and was told that the car still was not ready and they needed more time even though they had over 24 hrs with it. I said I needed it for work and they offered to have a rental provided to me but I had not time to get it on Saturday. I picked it up on Sunday through the dealership itself since the service dept was closed. I had zero communication on my car up through Tuesday when I was told it was ready. I brought the rental back (also informed them that I had a meeting coming up so I needed to get in and out quick)and got into the car only to see that one of the tires that was not the flat was not equal in tire pressure. I got back out and let them know to correct it , since they have nitrogen and I cant fill it w/ air on my own time. They took it back to adjust the tires and brought it back- said the typical statement of I need to drive a bit and the dash will not say I still need air in the tires. I had not time to go back and forth as I was already going to be late for my meeting. Needless to say it is still off a day later so now I need to revisit them again. FYI - they have told me and my husband on prior times that the tires will equal out- do not listen, press them to correct the air pressure , otherwise you will need to revisit them again and again as this is not the first time we have had a similar issue w/ them More
