I HATE to leave negative reviews about any business but I have been beyond disappointed with my experience at Keffer. The sale process went very smooth but it has been a nightmare ever since. They installed a lift for me upon purchase and since then it has just been awful. I’ve had the vehicle there two times to fix the same problem that still isn’t fixed. Since picking it up the last time I have called FOUR times. I get the same answer every time, “I’ll put it in the system and someone will give you a call.” I have yet to receive a call back. I’ve even reached out to Jeep wave to try to resolve the problem to no success. I feel extremely shafted on the whole situation. Bought a brand new Jeep that hasn’t been right since purchase over six months ago. I would return it if possible. More

Upon getting back to work all tires were running at 27# of pressure. If you have to deal with this company, don’t allow insurance to pay up front. Go somewhere else. More

Although I never see the men working on car I absolutely appreciate you and your expertise! Everyone in the service and parts department are very welcoming. The sales department needs to take notes. I sat in that area and counted 6 salesmen and saleswomen looked at me and didn't part their mouth except for Will Hailey James Mitchell The General.. Johnny and Patrick. THANK YOU! These men greeted me and asked if I needed help or how was my day. Please make sure EVERYONE I named is recognized. They deserve all things positive because working with the public requires patience. I recently bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU from Keffer and after a few months had scheduled a bunch of work to be done on it (lift, tires, rims). When I went to pick up my Jeep I noted damage to one of th and after a few months had scheduled a bunch of work to be done on it (lift, tires, rims). When I went to pick up my Jeep I noted damage to one of the rims which the dealer said they would be fixing... two weeks went by and I hadn't heard from the dealer so I called and they said it was already finished. I swung by to pick up my damaged rim only to find the damage was still visible and additional damage had been caused. I told the service rep that there was still damage and I was told "I cant really see it but maybe its because I'm colorblind" so I left the dealership and submitted a complaint with BBB to request a refund to replace the damaged rim. The Keffer representative that answered was more confrontational than helpful and refused to resolve the issue through the BBB. Now I'm left with a damaged rim and a poor customer service experience. Sold me a defective new 2019 Laramie. The steering screams everytime i make a right turn and is getting louder. Told me they can't fix it. Left it there at the dealership for days!!!!!!! I'm going to let every social media network know about your vile, shady service. First and foremost, I came in because my cylinders were misfiring. I have fixed cars all my life with my dad and this was a test for you and you failed miserably. After 4 hours of sitting in your waiting area, I was informed that my car needed $6,100 worth of service. I was informed that my head gasket and oil pan gasket were leaking bad, yet there is not even a drop of oil on my driveway, Gotcha!!!! Next, i was informed that my control arms bars needed replacing up front. Gotcha again idiots!! They were placed in 2018. Upon paying $2,702.37, I arrived home only to start the car the next day and when I turned,my steering made a noise. I was informed by Robert Bruce that my rack and opinion was "leaking" and needed to be replaced. After paying $1,530.96, I picked up the car and drove home. When I started the car to get milk for the kids, I turned left and heard the same noise. Of course the idiots in your shop stated that then rack and pinion were leaking. NO LEAKS ON MY DRIVEWAY MORONS!!! You basically xxxx people of their money and I will continue to do many reviews of your horrible service on every platform imaginable, Seriously, how do you people live with yourselves?!! More
