Where do I start? I had been very familiar with the stereotypes of car dealerships (especially in dealing with used cars) and have had a lot of personal experience that I had been very familiar with the stereotypes of car dealerships (especially in dealing with used cars) and have had a lot of personal experience that would give some merit to those stereotypes, but my experience with Keffer was so bad it was almost comical. I understand that their job is to try to sell cars, but they're lack of respect for me, my decisions, my budget and my time was unprecedented. While ostensibly pleasant in their demeanor, they were rude and unprofessional in what they actually said and did. They insulted the make/model and age of my car multiple times, and the manager even made a rather insulting comment about his wife why attempting to make a joke. They aggressively tried to sell me cars I didn't want and inexplicably refused to even show me the less expensive cars I came to see. They repeatedly argued with me over what I could afford while I was there and, in a manner that was particularly insulting, they acted as though they knew best as to how I should manage my finances and what car I actually needed. Did they really expect me to fall for that? Several hours later after I decided to just get my current car fixed, Leo called and aggressively argued with me over the phone over my expressed decision to not go into further debt at the moment. After I explained that, he proceeded to berate my current car and try to convince me that I made a horrible decision so when it got to the point where I could no longer get a word in during the conversation, I eventually had to hang up. They also had no respect for my time. Even after I made it clear that I needed to get back to work and was no longer interested (that wasn't an excuse to get away. I really did), they took their time and continued to detain me. I should have just walked out, but I didn't want to be rude. I now wish I had. They actually wanted me to call my boss and tell him I'd be late. They also made several inaccurate comments that indicate that they either know very little about cars or were simply lying to me to get me to buy something. My guess is both. I could go on, but I think I've said enough. More
Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram , I have been doing business with them for bout 3 or 4 years now. I purchased a 2010 Challenger from them first. While I made my first purchase I came , I have been doing business with them for bout 3 or 4 years now. I purchased a 2010 Challenger from them first. While I made my first purchase I came across one of their Employees Willie Hailey. Over these past couple of years I have grown to know that Willie is not only a great salesman but a great person. He always gave me the best service and business. Keeping in touch with me and my family. And now he just put me in a 2014 Dodge Challenger. Keffer thanks for your service and Willie thanks for always giving us the same business GREAT! More

We trekked through the rain for an hour and noticed, because of our age, another dealer didn't want to help us, until Coach came along. He was super patient and answered every question we had for him. He gave us many scenarios and options for Jeep choices until we found the exact one we were looking for and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Coach to anyone looking for a more enjoyable laid back experience unlike any other place. More

In hindsight - what a mistake A year ago I purchased an 07 Grand Cherokee for my son. It was a one-owner local trade, which underwent a "thorough inspection" at Keffer Jeep. Admitt A year ago I purchased an 07 Grand Cherokee for my son. It was a one-owner local trade, which underwent a "thorough inspection" at Keffer Jeep. Admittedly, it was high mileage with nearly 100k on the odometer. In less than 12 months, we've had it towed back to the dealership 3 times for : water pump, leaking rear differential, belt replacement, battery died, alternator melted and we had the 90k service performed. Now, this is my first Jeep so I don't know whether this was to be expected. The dealership tells me "what more do you want with a high mileage car?" Well, I've had other high mileage cars that didn't have half the problems as this Jeep. My take on this dealership is that they're focused on the sale and not the customer. I've been shuttled around between management, never getting an acknowledgement beyond "what do you expect?"You may feel differently, but this is my first and last experience with this dealership and Jeep. More
