Worst Experience EVER Terrible. Recently, I purchased a used 2008 Dodge Avenger from Keffer and was initially VERY happy with my purchase. However, I was incredibly disap Terrible. Recently, I purchased a used 2008 Dodge Avenger from Keffer and was initially VERY happy with my purchase. However, I was incredibly disappointed when I found that the maintenance Keffer did was lackluster and questionable. I had a loud noise coming from the struts that were placed on the vehicle by Keffer. As it turns out, the struts were TOO BIG (not sure how a trusted mechanic made that mistake). Thus, I took a trip to Keffer the next day and requested work to be completed. The service supervisor, CHARLES HENDRICKS, was EXTREMELY rude and dismissed my claims. He provided me with, possibly, some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. With frustration, I took my complaints higher up and met with A.J., the service manager, whom provided me with excellent service and had the struts replaced. Now, a day after this service, I am experiencing oil leaks from the car. I will attempt to get THAT fixed tomorrow, but I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with the services at Keffer. Honestly, I would NEVER recommend anyone to make a purchase from this dealership. Terrible. HOWEVER, I would recommend COACH JONES as a sales person, his work is exemplary and he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the cars and the services provided at this establishment. More

Willie, Matt Knight, Emad Fahmy and Michael Turner each had a part in the sale. We thought it was very easy, low key compared to some "high pressure" experiences with other dealer car purchases in the past. Even the cleaning/detailing crew had our Cherokee looking great for pick up. More

Ram Truck ownership I have had new Ford trucks (F150 and F250) for the last thirty years and they have all been very good trucks that lasted a long time and a lot of mile I have had new Ford trucks (F150 and F250) for the last thirty years and they have all been very good trucks that lasted a long time and a lot of miles. But I can honestly say that this is by far the best truck I have ever had. I don't know anything on this truck that I don't like or that I could improve. This truck has it all; best riding truck I have ever had, best looking truck on the road, and all kinds of power AND fuel economy. All I need now is a xxxx Cat Challenger to park beside it! (I am 64 years old but can still dream). Myles Handschu made buying this car the easiest new car purchase I have ever made. It is a pleasure to pick a dealer on the internet, call a stranger to sell you a vehicle, go to the dealership and get exactly what he promised and what you want in a timely manner.
