He even took time to go over everything patiently, including showing me how to operate the soft-top. And he came in on his day off to do all of that--because I was excited to get my jeep! Brandon even went out of his way to be sure I met AJ to learn about the Jeep Jamboree David (who goes by many names) in the Service and Parts dept was also very helpful and friendly. I've been back to the Service area for something quick since then, and AJ, Charles and another gentleman were all so pleasant--and fast! Definitely a new loyal customer. Thanks, Brandon! More
Just purchased my first Jeep! To be perfectly fair, this was my first car buying experience. General Washington Jr (yes, that is his real name) came to help me. I had already done quite a bit of research and knew exactly what I wanted. Fortunately, they had what I wanted on the lot for a starting price that I thought was fair. Mr. Washington was extremely helpful throughout the process and extremely easy to talk to. He and I went back and forth on the numbers a bit, but ultimately, I was able to work out a deal. Mr. Washington was very fair and I felt as if he was working with me 100% to meet my needs. The only downside was how long I was at the dealership for. I arrived at 2pm and left around 6pm. Again, this was my first time purchasing a car and as such I was pretty nervous. I had to make several calls that definitely delayed the deal. I would most definitely recommend Keffer Jeep to my friends and family. I felt I was treated properly throughout the whole experience. Don't go into a dealership and expect not to get some pressure, however I never felt I was uncomfortable at Keffer. More

I live over an hour away and first communicated with him over the phone. We discussed the vehicle and he called me back quickly with a great price on my car! I went into the location and loved the vehicle! They are very competitive and very customer oriented. When he was busy with another customer, he informed me and had Brian (another rep,who was great as well) work with me! What I really appreciated is they are VERY knowledegle about the vehicles, unlike a rep at another dealership I went to. Brandon patiently explained all of the bells and whistles that my new Chrysler 200 has and even took the time to pair my cell phone to my car so I can use this feature! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I'm a Chrysler Girl, so I know where I will be going when it comes time to purchase again!! More
Beware of the Switcharoo Sadly, the used car sales team decided to change the price of the vehicle overnight, right after I requested the total cost invoice for the car. Beware of the Used Car Salesman tactics at this dealership. Living 4 hours from the dealership, I had my brother check out the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Leo (who assisted my brother on site) answered my questions, confirmed the price, and the informed my of the intention of the dealership to "wholesale" the vehicle (this is called salesmanship), since they didn't have a place for a Subaru on a Dodge lot. I secured my funds, requested the invoice to confirm out of state purchase costs (3pm), and waited for the document to arrive. The next day (10am), Leo sent it over....magically, Keffer decided to raise the cost of the vehicle by $750. Wiper blades, a turn signal bulb, and brake pads were the reasons for the increase, and a "third party" was blamed for the price discrepancy, as they listed the car too quickly? Note, this price was on the Keffer site for a week, and remained up for an additional week following my inquiry, Ultimately Mike Streng ended up calling me to say that the new increased price of the vehicle was not negotiable at all, even after I offered to purchase the vehicle as is. Even after expressing my displeasure of the price with to both Leo and Mike, all they could do was shift the blame to the mystery 'third party'. As a follow over the two weeks following my experience, I received a text each week from Matt Knight asking 'how can I help'? I explained the situation one reply, and in another asked him to give me a call. Both went unanswered. What good is a customer follow up if you don't respond? At the end of the day, I don't agree with ordering a cup of coffee at one price, and being charged something different. It's a poor way to do business. Mark Keffer as one company that cannot be trusted. More
