USED Car purchase - Great Experience I recently purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper from Keffer. Although the Mini Cooper is not this dealers "Sweet Spot" they did a terrific job showing me the I recently purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper from Keffer. Although the Mini Cooper is not this dealers "Sweet Spot" they did a terrific job showing me the car and negotiating a reasonable deal. My sales person Christian was terrific. I was particularly impressed with the time and attention he took in listening to me and my questions -- that is something you rarely see in many car sales reps. Matt also did a terrific job in the "Finance" side of the process. He was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. (He even offered me some cheese crackers as I had missed my lunch that day). I have never done business with this Keffer team before but I would strongly recommend giving them a chance in our next car purchase decision. More

Do not deal with him. He kept insisting on selling me the Extended Auto Warranty, he was forcing us to get it 10 times. He wouldn't take no for an answer. After I said NO, he became a jerk. Treated me like dirt. He had a nasty and rude tone. Please decline the Extended Auto Warranty when you go there. And please avoid MATT KNIGHT! No customer should feel disrespected like that! I was a happy customer, but after that incident, I'm thinking about returning my Jeep and taking my business somewhere else. DO NOT DEAL WITH MATT KNIGHT!!! More
