We walked in the dealership not completely aware of which vehicle we wanted. Our dealer specialist, Jim, walked us through different vehicles that fit our price range and need. We decided on the Dodge Journey; the decision process was easy with Jim explaining the differences every step of the way. My boyfriend has a lot of equipment and is a larger guy so we needed an affordable vehicle that would fit our needs. Once we decided on our Journey, our negotiation was then quick and even fun. We did not think we would be able to purchase a car in just one day, but with Keffer it was easy to! We drove away with a vehicle at a great price that day! My second Challenger I bought my 2012 Challenger RT from Pierre a few years ago. When I was ready to upgrade I didn't hesitate to give him a call. Go see the Coach I went to Keffer looking for the Promaster City Wagon to drive. I had driven this same vehicle in the Tradesman platform but that vehicle proved to be I went to Keffer looking for the Promaster City Wagon to drive. I had driven this same vehicle in the Tradesman platform but that vehicle proved to be a bit road noisy for my liking. So, I decided to try the Wagon platform. These vehicles have the second row of seats (foldable), a full length headliner and some key paneling in the cargo area. I wondered with these add-ons if the road noise (freeway/interstate) would be the same or less. Turned out to be much less. A lot less. It was going to be the Wagon for me. At this dealership, the Coach (aka Mr. Charles Jones) was the salesperson who helped me. He was very easy to talk to and not an aggressive salesperson. He knew his vehicles quite well and the couple of questions I had about the electronics that he wasn't completely familiar with he found the answers and relayed them back to me. Thank you Coach for your excellent service. I did not buy the wagon I drove at Keffer. It did not have all the features I was looking for.
