I must say that the service at Keffer Jeep ranks among the best, if not at the very top. After making a simple web-inquiry on an inventory model, I was promptly contacted by Krystle Hager. Unlike other sales people, she was not pushy or obnoxious. Any question I asked, Krystle responded to promptly and often exceeded my expectations. She helped me find exactly the 2017 Grand Cherokee I was searching for but I had a long business trip and couldn't close the deal for almost two weeks. I was worried the vehicle I wanted would be sold by the time I got back. Krystle worked with her team to make arrangements for me to hold the vehicle until I could come in and sign the paperwork. She put me in touch with Pierre (who is also a class act) and we negotiated the terms. It was a quick negotiation with Pierre giving me a great price off the bat so I wouldn't have to haggle -- and after all my research I was shocked that I got the purchase price I was targeting. After the price was settled, Krystle walked me through the purchase step-by-step, patiently answering all of my emails, texts and calls. We pretty much did the entire deal without having to step on the lot. Joe was an accessory to the lies and Jamin was no help in getting it resolved. So after trying to negotiate with them to get the mirror fixed to adjust to be able to see past the rear of this giant SUV they were unwilling to repair it. At the very most it would have been $550 to replace the entire thing after making over $20,000 off of me that was too much to ask. Run the opposite way or check out Scott clarks they were much better than the so called "Family Store"! More
