The worst buying experience ever!! I went to commercial sales to buy a I edition ram 3500 when I got it home it was not the I edition it was a standard 3500. Good thing I know the diffe I went to commercial sales to buy a I edition ram 3500 when I got it home it was not the I edition it was a standard 3500. Good thing I know the difference between 4:10 gears and 373 gears. I needed this truck to haul 26000 pounds the truck I left with only was rated for 20000 pounds. When I got home I called dealership and told them this was not the right truck and they said you are right that is the wrong truck bring it back and we will get you the right truck. Two weeks later I got the right truck the sales manager told me no worries this was our mistake your contract stays the same. Not true I ordered an extended warranty and road hazard on my original contract. I assumed it was the same contract but it was not. Because the truck I ordered cost about 2000$ more they backed out my service contract after telling me my contract was going to be the same as my original contract so they didn't have to absorb the cost difference. "Coach" Rocks! Great Cust Service on Chrysler T&C Purchase Friday evening August 5th, we came and purchased our Chrysler T&C Van from "Coach" Charles Jones. (He previously handled our Ram 1500 purchase a few Friday evening August 5th, we came and purchased our Chrysler T&C Van from "Coach" Charles Jones. (He previously handled our Ram 1500 purchase a few years back, the reason we came back to "Coach"). He is an absolute delight to work with! We Highly Recommend "Coach" for your new/used vehicle purchase! He came thru in the clutch as he did with our previous purchase! When we arrived to pick up our Van, an item had been taken from the Van that was previously in it.
