As a young single woman walking in to a dealership by herself, I didn't feel like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. I was able to haggle to get the best price and wasn't afraid to walk away, and Josh could tell. He helped me get everything I was looking for. Joe was an accessory to the lies and Jamin was no help in getting it resolved. So after trying to negotiate with them to get the mirror fixed to adjust to be able to see past the rear of this giant SUV they were unwilling to repair it. At the very most it would have been $550 to replace the entire thing after making over $20,000 off of me that was too much to ask. Run the opposite way or check out Scott clarks they were much better than the so called "Family Store"! More

The finance associate that completed my paperwork made it very easy for me to understand my terms and other offers to make sure my vehicle was covered as far as extended warranties and other warranty options. Throughout the whole process the sales associate and the finance associate were very friendly and helpful. They made the process fast and easy.
