Would not sell their advertised price I called to confirm the availability and price on a vehicle I had seen on autotrader. I called and confirmed the price with two different people before I came up to test drive. I fell in love with the car and was ready to buy. When given the final price sheet, the cars price was almost 2,000$ more (even without all the fees) than what the online price was that I had confirmed. When I asked what had changed they said that they had never even posted the add. BUT I had called and confirmed with TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. The first person said I didn't "qualify" for it and if I would have read the fine print I would have known that. AND I DID- there's nothing that says I have to qualify. This is ILLEGAL. When I raised concern I got AWFUL attitudes. very poor customer service. Jay was the only nice person there. There is someone else I spoke too and I can't remember his name but he was absolutely AWFUL. More

Unlike other sales people, she was not pushy or obnoxious. Any question I asked, Krystle responded to promptly and often exceeded my expectations. She helped me find exactly the 2017 Grand Cherokee I was searching for but I had a long business trip and couldn't close the deal for almost two weeks.
