The financial team worked with me to help me understand all the rates regarding my financing and kept things casual rather than condescending (I'm still learning about finances and banking). 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Purchase I recently bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. I did a lot of research before I visited any dealership in order to minimize my tim I recently bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. I did a lot of research before I visited any dealership in order to minimize my time there and make the buying process easier. Keffer was one of the dealerships in the Charlotte area that had the Jeep I wanted so I went in for a test drive. I first met with Brandon Melendez and test drove the Jeep and left that day to visit a few more dealerships. Brandon was very diligent in following up with me and answering any questions I had in regards to the preliminary numbers they gave me. I responded to him with questions and his initial proposals were very clear to me with taxes, fees, etc. I also worked with Shaun Shore and Will Conner who were very quick to follow up with me and answer all my questions when Brandon was off. In the end I picked Keffer because of the professionalism, attentiveness, great customer service, and willingness to work with me during the negotiation process. I feel they were honest and transparent when it came to buying the car. On the day I went in to purchase the car, the process time took longer than I expected. It was a Saturday and I’m sure their busiest day of the week. However, Will Conner followed up with me after I left with my new car and offered floor mats to make up for a longer than expected wait time. I was very pleased that he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase after I left the dealership. I give the whole process five stars. The only advice I would offer is to go in on a weekday (day or evening), if possible, to minimize your time there. More
