That actually happened, no hassle just test driving. Mike was responsible for that great experience! A few weeks later I changed my mind and JT was able to help me find my new vehicle. The process over the phone was delightful, as well as in person. JT made it his business to ensure that any and every issue/concern was handled. Jeff the finance manager, also great. Unethical sales practices I just submitted this with a negative grade 1. This is my BBB review (different from a BBB complaint) Purchased/leased new 2015 Grand Cherokee I just submitted this with a negative grade 1. This is my BBB review (different from a BBB complaint) Purchased/leased new 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited with a bad starter which they were aware of as it was noted in Keffer's repair history. I asked service for a full report on my vehicle and found the starter was bad a month before I bought it NEW. They reconnected a wire instead of replacing it. Since I've had the vehicle (August 2015) I've had to have it serviced 13 times for electrical, transmission, fuel pressure, lift gate, radio, gear slips, involuntary acceleration, and computer issues. Today I'll pick up my Jeep from a (better) Chrysler service department - 3rd time in 2 months a headlight has gone out. Police pulled me over once already. The sales team; Joey Maus, Shaun Shore, and service manager; Mike Turner have done nothing to help, after they sold me an electrical disaster that consumes an enormous amount of my time and causes emotional duress. Joey Maus told my partner we should do a new lease and trade (to get them another sale, clearly). He ran my partners credit 6x without a signature over 3 months (per Equifax). Joey, Shaun, and AJ Bitterman said they'd have the pulls removed about 6 months ago. Chrysler Corp verified nothing has been done to correct it. Last time I picked up my Jeep from being serviced, it was infested with black ants, inside and out, even coming out of the wheel wells. Joey Maus, who by the way is the son of the owner Joe Maus, told us that we shouldn't park the car under a tree when it rains. I hadn't had the car in my possession for over a week and a half. This is supposed to be a "family owned" establishment. If my son was behind operations like this he would be terminated. His other son, Jack Maus, is the only employee I've met with standards and ethics. Other than him and people who work the front desk at the service department (who always try to help me and feel bad when they see my book of repair history), i wouldn't trust anyone else here.
