I had tons of questions and he was very patient explaining everything. If I had a question he didn't have an answer for he found an answer right away. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. It took almost a week for our jeep to arrive at the dealership. Frank checked in with us daily just to inform us on its status. Then after we picked our jeep up he still took the time to show us some of the new options/features. Most salesmen after you've signed the paperwork hand you the keys then disappear.
