General Washington left a meeting early to catch up with us as we arrived. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process easier than expected. General was very knowledgeable about the Jeep brand and took a good deal of time to answer questions and demonstrate all options on my new Wrangler. They gave me the best deal out of three dealerships and had more of a variety of vehicles than most too. I truly recommend asking for General if you’re looking for a new vehicle. More

I was coming in at the tail end of a lease and needed to keep to something similar on my payments, I was asking for something outrageous, cause I'd gotten an outrageous deal before on a 2016 Cherokee. I was convinced the dealership wouldn't be able to get even close to what I was paying. Will worked patiently with us and eventually managed to get us numbers that I was very pleased with. The guys in finance were great too, making sure I understood how we were putting everything together, and making my unorthodox living situation work out in the paperwork. Definitely willing to go the extra mile to get people where they need to be. More

If you are lucky enough to reach an operator, you'll get little more than a promise of a return call that won't happen. At least they did send a very nice email to see if we were still interested in buying a Jeep (2 days AFTER we had purchased one from them). There a list of other lies and customer service issues I could detail ... but it's not worth the effort. If you can't believe all the other terrible reviews, you won't trust this one either. "Fantastic Service During Vehicle Upgrade." I went in to get my 2008 Jeep Commander serviced, I ended up trading in my Commander and leaving there with a 2013 Chrysler 300S. I just felt that it I went in to get my 2008 Jeep Commander serviced, I ended up trading in my Commander and leaving there with a 2013 Chrysler 300S. I just felt that it was time for the upgrade, and Leslie Cooper my salesperson listened to my requests and was able to get me into a vehicle that I was very comfortable with. She was there with me through the whole process and made sure that I was satisfied. Overall I must say that my experience with Ms. Cooper was exceptional and I would whole heartedly recommended her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Very satisfied customer. Thank You. More
