Poor Customer Service I contacted this dealership by recommendation of a family member who is a friend of a salesman. Be Careful when you deal here Be careful with these guys. They claim not to play any games but they are just as suspect as any other dealership. My advice, demand an "out the door price" when shopping here, one trick they use is to add on a $799.99 "Administrative Fee" after you negotiate the purchase price. Make them subtract that from the advertised price. Obtain your own financing at a bank or credit union. And seldom, if ever do you want to agree to any of the Extended Service Agreements they will try to sell you. Finally, and this is really important if you are buying a used car from them, put in writing that they will provide two key fobs for your car (new cars come with two). Replacements can cost upwards of $500. Always remember, there are plenty of cars out there and lots of places to buy one. More
