I emailed over 2 dozen dealers within about 500 miles of NC, as I was shopping for a hellcat lease. After many emails, texts, phone calls, and quotes, what I can say is even though I would of driven 500 miles for the best deal, I didn’t need to even leave my own backyard. Let me be completely honest - Keffer Dodge by far will give you the best deal your going to get. Do your homework and research so you will know for yourself just how good the deal is. Sales associate Lorie Cornelius and Sales Manager Mike Fernandez were really amazing, straight forward and got a deal done quick. The lease paperwork which can normally take hours was really quick too as the finance department was top notch with no bull. This is the third lease I have done from these guys, and their will be more. There are a lot of Dodge dealers out there that give you the normal runaround or will only give you a quote if you “come in” , but Lorie provided me with all the info I needed all via email , then I came in and 15 minutes later the deal was done. No back and forth, no bogus quotes, just the best deal out there - and again I am talking dozens of dealers and quotes. My Jeep did not come with an owners manual, not a big deal and i was promised by my sales rep that he would send me the owners manual, as of today, still no manual- How hard can it be to mail the owners manual, pretty hard for Keffer! The day after i picked up the Jeep, i contacted my sales rep and also the sales manager i delt with at Keffer about the possibility of up-grading to a Jeep Rubicon. I knew my payments would increase because the Rubicon is a more expensive Jeep and i was fine with that and i thought Keffer would be pleased with this as well, since they would be selling a more expensive Jeep- Guess how many phone calls, text messages, emails i received back from my inquiry- not one! I even reached out via email to the finance sales manager whom i signed all the paperwork on the Jeep with, three differnt emails and i did not receive any type of communication back not even a quick phone call or email! Bottom line ,Keffer as a company should have had the common courtesy to at least return my messages, even to just tell me that they could not upgrade me to the more expensive Jeep for whatever reason ,but at least communicate back to me not hide from me. More
