Great Experience w/ Keffer I was in a wreck recently, and was shopping for a car. I also had a 10 day work trip that happened around this time as well. I stopped by Keffer Jeep just once, and inside of the 10 days, I had 3 different people work on things for me to find me the right car. I got a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude Edition. The Jeep is amazing. I've been wanting one for years, and they worked hard to get the deal I wanted. They have a dedicate staff that was respectful, communicative, and diligent on finding me what I wanted. Lorie Cornelius was the salesperson who pushed things over the edge. Air bag recall Made an appointment to have airbag recall fixed and oil change. They said they would need to order part so it would be a week out. Dropped my Jeep off Made an appointment to have airbag recall fixed and oil change. They said they would need to order part so it would be a week out. Dropped my Jeep off any scheduled appointment time and received a call about an hour later stating that my axle seals and fluids needed to be replaced (not one mention of airbag recall). I said go ahead on the repair since it was at the dealer even though it probably would have been half the price elsewhere. Called at 5pm to see if Jeep was ready and they said it was but the airbag recall would have to be rescheduled a week out because they didn’t have part! They could have ordered the part or told me they didn’t have it when I made the appointment, when I dropped it off and when they called to jam me on the repairs to the axles. They didn’t. Very poor communication and when I asked for the manager he blamed Fiat Chrysler. Not the fact that they can’t communicate. Awful service experience and it seems they really don’t care! More
