I went and picked it up and less than two hours later i replicated the failure and video recorded it and sent it to them via email. Even after that they claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle . I am blown away that even with evidence they claim its not happening. More

Wonderful experience. I called the dealer ship at 7:30 one night and General Washington Jr answered the phone and I told him about a truck on their lot I was interested in. He told me all about it and told me it was a nice truck and to come look at it. I live 2 hours away from this dealership in a different state. General assured me this vehicle was top notch and in perfect condition. I drove there the next day and boy was he right. The truck was amazing and he was a very nice man. He sold me the truck. I offered a price and they countered and then I offered another price and they took my offer. Very friendly and willing to help you out. I highly recommend this dealership even if it is a little drive it is highly worth it. General Washington Jr is a top notch salesman. More

The truck was gassed up and ready for a test drive when I arrived, there was no waiting at all. Ritchie had all the paper work in order and I was in and out in a little over two hours. Spent $1300 - being verbally assured this would fix the problem but of course it happened again in less than two weeks. Paid again for a tow. Then i'm told by Stan it's another $800 because now the 'sensor' is now bad. I believe that was probably the initial problem all along as we'd been told it was computer related before (and we told Keffer this). Beware they have a disclaimer about working on cars that are older which was NOT given to me or I wouldn't have put $1300 into non guaranteed irepair work.. BTW they constantly want you to review after your visit - and they didn't follow up at all after this visit I'm sure knowing I was unhappy. I'd leave a good review for good service but I have 1300 reasons to leave this one. More
