Everyone was very helpful, friendly, listened to my needs, and did their best to be as accommodating as possible. Ask for Jessica Lowery in sales, she is the best! She is amazing and made the process really smooth. She went above and beyond for us as customers and tried to help as much as possible to make something work for our budget. Easily the best salesman I've worked with at a dealership her service was excellent and really made the experience excellent. Our F&I guy Freddy Soulasinh was awesome to work with as well. He had all the paperwork ready to go and made it a very quick and painless process to sign and go over all the paperwork. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! After waiting 2 1/2 months to get my car back from their collision center for minor work, detailing after my new car was stolen I pick it to find the car dirty, inside still smells and I get half a mile dow collision center for minor work, detailing after my new car was stolen I pick it to find the car dirty, inside still smells and I get half a mile down the road to have a tire sensor come on. Upon getting back to work all tires were running at 27# of pressure. If you have to deal with this company, don’t allow insurance to pay up front. Go somewhere else. More

I recently bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU from Keffer and after a few months had scheduled a bunch of work to be done on it (lift, tires, rims). When I went to pick up my Jeep I noted damage to one of th and after a few months had scheduled a bunch of work to be done on it (lift, tires, rims). When I went to pick up my Jeep I noted damage to one of the rims which the dealer said they would be fixing... two weeks went by and I hadn't heard from the dealer so I called and they said it was already finished. I swung by to pick up my damaged rim only to find the damage was still visible and additional damage had been caused. I told the service rep that there was still damage and I was told "I cant really see it but maybe its because I'm colorblind" so I left the dealership and submitted a complaint with BBB to request a refund to replace the damaged rim. The Keffer representative that answered was more confrontational than helpful and refused to resolve the issue through the BBB. Now I'm left with a damaged rim and a poor customer service experience. More

They will show you several prices online; the MSRP, their supposed discount, and even something they called a “locked price!” When you go there to view the vehicle and close the deal, they start from scratch, in our case, $10,000+ over the locked price!? Another thing that they don’t tell you about is the ridiculous dealer add-ons at almost $2,000 that are NON-negotiable!? So, if you think you got a good deal, just wait, they have THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in additional fees. Lastly, they employ the old-school sales technique where the salesperson, who BTW ours knew very little about their products and was far from polite or professional? The salesperson leaves you sitting there to speak to a manager and returns. This can occur multiple times, even though you already showed them the printout of their own “locked price” offer from their website!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Thankfully, we walked out, as this wasn’t our first rodeo/new car purchase, and ended up buying an even nicer vehicle within 2-hours of leaving this dealership. The other dealer did NOT add on THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in dealer benefit ONLY FEES! BUYER BEWARE!!! More
I would give it NO stars if I could... I was sold a 2020 Dodge Journey Crossroads and I was told it has Apple Carplay, it did not. The front end had a gap between the front driver side headlight and bumper, Dodge Journey Crossroads and I was told it has Apple Carplay, it did not. The front end had a gap between the front driver side headlight and bumper, the resolution on the backup camera was to be replaced with a camera with better resolution, and the car would not start on day 2 after buying after claiming it was the battery. Dodge roadside assistance was a joke and would have had me waiting 5.5 hours after I called because the car wouldn't start. They offer to trade my new car in for a more expensive model trying to get more money out of me and they don't allow you to return a car after you signed and drove it off the lot. After all this, they kept my car to be "repaired & fixed" for a week and some days to have only replaced the battery. Beware, they don't follow through on their promises and will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale. This was the 2nd and last vehicle I will ever purchase from a Keffer Dealership. Please take your business to anyone else but them, they won't take care of you. More
