Terrible experience trying to order a new Jeep Wrangler. The xx dealer add on fees like paint protection, interior protection, nitrogen are complete rip off! The xx dealer add on fees like paint protection, interior protection, nitrogen are complete rip off! More

When I went to pick up my Jeep I noted damage to one of the rims which the dealer said they would be fixing... two weeks went by and I hadn't heard from the dealer so I called and they said it was already finished. I swung by to pick up my damaged rim only to find the damage was still visible and additional damage had been caused. I told the service rep that there was still damage and I was told "I cant really see it but maybe its because I'm colorblind" so I left the dealership and submitted a complaint with BBB to request a refund to replace the damaged rim. The Keffer representative that answered was more confrontational than helpful and refused to resolve the issue through the BBB. Now I'm left with a damaged rim and a poor customer service experience. They will show you several prices online; the MSRP, their supposed discount, and even something they called a “locked price!” When you go there to view the vehicle and close the deal, they start from scratch, in our case, $10,000+ over the locked price!? Another thing that they don’t tell you about is the ridiculous dealer add-ons at almost $2,000 that are NON-negotiable!? So, if you think you got a good deal, just wait, they have THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in additional fees. Lastly, they employ the old-school sales technique where the salesperson, who BTW ours knew very little about their products and was far from polite or professional? The salesperson leaves you sitting there to speak to a manager and returns. This can occur multiple times, even though you already showed them the printout of their own “locked price” offer from their website!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Thankfully, we walked out, as this wasn’t our first rodeo/new car purchase, and ended up buying an even nicer vehicle within 2-hours of leaving this dealership. The other dealer did NOT add on THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in dealer benefit ONLY FEES! BUYER BEWARE!!! More
I would give it NO stars if I could... I was sold a 2020 Dodge Journey Crossroads and I was told it has Apple Carplay, it did not. The front end had a gap between the front driver side headlight and bumper, Dodge Journey Crossroads and I was told it has Apple Carplay, it did not. The front end had a gap between the front driver side headlight and bumper, the resolution on the backup camera was to be replaced with a camera with better resolution, and the car would not start on day 2 after buying after claiming it was the battery. Dodge roadside assistance was a joke and would have had me waiting 5.5 hours after I called because the car wouldn't start. They offer to trade my new car in for a more expensive model trying to get more money out of me and they don't allow you to return a car after you signed and drove it off the lot. After all this, they kept my car to be "repaired & fixed" for a week and some days to have only replaced the battery. Beware, they don't follow through on their promises and will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale. This was the 2nd and last vehicle I will ever purchase from a Keffer Dealership. Please take your business to anyone else but them, they won't take care of you. More
By far my worst experience at a car dealership. I drove 2 hours at the crack of dawn to purchase a black 2021 Ram TRX that was advertised on Cars.com, Autotrader and even the dealership’s own website at $90, hours at the crack of dawn to purchase a black 2021 Ram TRX that was advertised on Cars.com, Autotrader and even the dealership’s own website at $90,400. The night before, I called and confirmed that price with a sales representative, Chesley Holston, and made it clear I would be driving 2 hours to get there when they opened at 9am to purchase the truck. When I got there, I sat in the truck briefly and told Chesley I was ready to purchase. My wife and I signed a credit application and Chesley took the papers to the back. When she came back she informed me they were going to hold off running my credit until we had agreed on a price. As she said this, I received notifications from multiple credit agencies I deal with that there had been an inquiry on my credit. So much for agreeing on a price first. She then laid the paper down and proceeded to show me a ridiculous ceramic coating package that was already added to the tune of $4,XXX. I’m currently having another vehicle ceramic coated for $900, so that price is extremely marked up. Then I notice the real shocker, a $20,000 ADM (additional dealer markup) fee in the price breakdown. I become livid and explain to her that she confirmed the $90,400 price over the phone with me and knew I was driving hours out of my way to purchase this truck and that I would be paying NO ADM. I work in a retail setting and I understand how rude and awful people can be so I make a point to be kind, polite and respectful to others. After seeing this, I will admit, I was none of that. I then spoke to a sales manager, Dalton Tassinari, who went back and forth with somebody else “attempting” to come down on the ADM and explain (poorly) why they thought it was acceptable to advertise at one price and expect another. We were not able to come remotely close to anything I thought was acceptable so I demanded to speak with whom he was talking to. I then spoke to Julius Tindell, another sales manager, who pretty much told me the same story as Dalton, claiming they are upfront with their pricing. Spoiler alert, they aren’t. He essentially blamed Chesley for the whole misunderstanding, apologized, and said he would make sure all of the staff were appropriately retrained. He also offered me gas money, which I took. However, I have no doubt in my mind that it was not entirely her fault. They are advertising at a reasonable price (this is a specialty vehicle) and hoping someone will come in, pay the exorbitant $20,000 mark up out of frustration, or just buy something else while there. I don’t care about their apologies. They aren’t fixing anything. If they are going to charge a $20,000 ADM they need to be upfront with that in the first place on ALL of their listings. Not that they care, I’m sure they would happily never see my face again, but I will NEVER buy anything from Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, or there auto group. I hope this review saves anybody else interested in any of their vehicles from wasting their time with this shady dealership. I will be contacting Stellantis and informing them of this dealer’s practices. More

Coming from a car salesman himself, I have to say that I had a great experience from start to finish. That being said, I highly recommend Willie for your next vehicle purchase! had a great experience from start to finish. That being said, I highly recommend Willie for your next vehicle purchase! More
