First of all, we need to talk about their false advertisement that they have on their website. The vehicle that I went in for is still incorrectly listed on their website. It is not at all the same color and it does not have the hardtop that is in the picture because they use the wrong stock photo. These are small details that actually have a pretty decent impact on the resale value. But what would I know I'm just a dumb little girl. Or at least that's how I was treated by your staff. It was barely acknowledged that I was the one actually buying the vehicle. Instead pretty much only my male counterpart was addressed. I understand that being rude or condescending is probably a sales tactic that works on some people but it was disgusting. I'm so thankful I went with my gut and ended up leaving and went to a different dealership, specifically I went to Parks Chevrolet in Huntersville. I was able to get a newer vehicle with less mileage and for a lower price then the fair deal that I was asking for here. A deal less than the one that their sales people were literally laughing at. Which again, I understand is probably a sales tactic but is incredibly rude and off-putting. It was also weird that the salesperson at a dealership that specializes in the Jeeps didn't really understand the features that a Jeep Wrangler has at its core. Maybe if they spent less money on fanfare and food trucks they would be able to offer their customers an actual accurate price for what they're selling. Or, they may be able to afford decent training for their staff. Instead it was like going to a manic carnival. Would not recommend and if anybody asks me recommendations I'm going to ensure that they don't go to you. Very few people enjoy the process of buying a car. That said, your team ensured that it was a nightmare. More
After almost a full day of run around I never got any answers after they stated one of my trade ins was “Branded” on the CarFax. They was a complete lie and I provided proof of this. They also would not even consider my other trade where they were buying it at whole sale when there was NO vehicle like that in the state. I was a prior customer but will not ever buy any vehicles from them again. Sad situation when I have to email their General Manager Mr. Mays on this. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, listened to my needs, and did their best to be as accommodating as possible. Ask for Jessica Lowery in sales, she is the best! She is amazing and made the process really smooth. She went above and beyond for us as customers and tried to help as much as possible to make something work for our budget. Easily the best salesman I've worked with at a dealership her service was excellent and really made the experience excellent. Our F&I guy Freddy Soulasinh was awesome to work with as well. He had all the paperwork ready to go and made it a very quick and painless process to sign and go over all the paperwork. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! After waiting 2 1/2 months to get my car back from their collision center for minor work, detailing after my new car was stolen I pick it to find the car dirty, inside still smells and I get half a mile dow collision center for minor work, detailing after my new car was stolen I pick it to find the car dirty, inside still smells and I get half a mile down the road to have a tire sensor come on. Upon getting back to work all tires were running at 27# of pressure. If you have to deal with this company, don’t allow insurance to pay up front. Go somewhere else. More
