I was welcomed at Keffer when I first walked in the door by Joey and he immediately worked to gain a good understanding of exactly what I was looking for. Joey and Jason had a lot of knowledge about each vehicle I was interested in and helped direct me to the perfect car for me (Jeep Patriot). We took a test drive (great test drive, really showed off the car) and they found a couple of cars for me to choose from that fit my needs. I went to test drive a couple of other cars, but none compared, and when I went back to purchase the Jeep, Donnie was helping Joey and they took care to make sure I understood everything and that I was happy with my deal. We had a couple of issues with financing (I was purchasing out of state), but Paulette took a lot of time and effort to fix everything for me to get the best price possible. I really appreciated everyone's attention and friendliness at Keffer, and I would certainly recommend it to other buyers for both their customer service and their quality cars - I love my new Jeep! In January 2010 I was looking for a vehicle and looked online and saw that this dealership had used vehicles and all the information and prices to view. I test drove the car that I selected and he did his best along with the finance manager to find a bank to finance me it was a long day due to it being a bank Holiday and some banks were closed. None the less I wasn't able to get financing for the vehicle I really wanted other options were offered I declined. I continued to check the website and saw a 2008 Ford Fusion and called Mr. Tinsley and he checked into everything and financing was available and I left a happy customer not only because of the new vehicle but because of the service I was provided. When shopping for a car without my husband the other dealerships were focused on getting me to purchase a car quick without giving me time to research or discuss it with him. I felt like I was a walking target to be taken advantage of until I stopped by Keffer. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted & taken care of from start to finish. Julius was more than patient to show me the car and explain everything from A-Z. Frank was also great when it came time to be introduced to the sales manager by Julius. In the previous dealerships I visited there was a 3 ring circus of fast talking managers paraded through the office I sat in trying to pressure me into a deal that I didn't even understand....not Frank, he was happy to explain the terms and even give me the paperwork to take home and discuss with my husband. I was able to research my car and speak with my husband without any pressure to "Buy this car NOW!" allowing me to feel confident that I'm making a smart purchase. I appreciate everything that he and everyone else there has done for me when it came to picking out a car. I was able to purchase the car that I wanted with a payment that fit my budget. I was offer other incentives and explained how important they were to have, like gap, tire protection, the train, and a extra warranty. It was left up to me if I wanted to get these things or not and with my experience with my first car I decided with the second car to purchase everything that was offered.
