I visited Keefer Jeep Dealership on Saturday with plans to only test drive various Jeep models. Previously, I had spent numerous hours on the Internet researching which SUV I wanted to purchase. I had narrowed my search down to three different SUVs. At the top of my list was the Jeep Liberty Jet. Upon arrival, we asked for Willie since he had sold a Jeep Patriot to my Husband a year ago for our 16 year old daughter. My husband and I had a great experience throughout the afternoon with Willie Hailey. He listened to what we were looking for and quickly got the keys for a test drive. We are the type of shoppers that do not like to "window shop". He explained in detail all the perks of the Jeep. He answered my numerous questions and never seemed bothered when another question came his way. After test driving the Jeep Liberty Jet, having the right answers to all my questions and considering the info that Willie shared with me----we were ready to talk about trading my car and purchasing this sporty 2012 White Jeep Liberty Jet. Willie never skipped a beat. He quickly got the numbers on paper and we came to an agreement. Later, we met with Angelo to sign all the paper work. Both, Willie and Angelo were professional and responsive to all of our requests. I especially liked their cheerfulness and effiency to get the deal completed. It was late Saturday afternoon,close to closing time and neither one of them acted bothered that they might have to stay late to finish the transaction. We finished with the financial part and Willie delivered my new SUV all clean and ready to go. I left Keefer Jeep Dealership very happy and driving my new sporty Jeep. I am glad that I came to this Dealership first, because of Willie's responses to my questions, I felt there was no need to consider the other two SUVs that were on my list. Lastly, Willie sent me the picture he took,(one with me standing beside my new purchase) and I emailed it to all my friends and family as soon as I got home. Great experience with Willie Hailley. He communicated with us promptly and was friendly. There wasn't a lot of back and forth negotiating as they gave me a fair price after only minor negotiations. My experience at Keffer was overall exceptional. My only recommendation is to make the overall dealership location a luxurious experience. We first ventured to another dealership down the road which was spacious, modern, and offered us a beverage while we spoke with the sales rep. They made it very difficult not to purchase a vehicle from them. Only they didn't quite have the vehicle that I wanted while Keffer did. Although my overall experience at Keffer was great, I think that they might benefit from going the extra mile to make the experience a memorable one when visiting their facility. More
