I came in for an oil change for my 2010 Jeep Liberty which I absolutely LOVED! While waiting for my Jeep, I saw Julius and said 'hello.' Next thing I knew, I was driving out with a 2012 Dodge Charger! which I absolutely LOVED! While waiting for my Jeep, I saw Julius and said 'hello.' Next thing I knew, I was driving out with a 2012 Dodge Charger! I had no real desire to trade in my Liberty. Julius sold me that Jeep and I never had a day's trouble out of it and was VERY, VERY happy, not only with the truck but, with the entire buying and servicing experience. He reasoned with me, showing me the trade-in value of my Jeep and gave me other good information and advice. He was patient while I changed my mind back and forth, asked questions and ran different scenarios and 'what ifs'. He never pressured me or got impatient. He presented the facts and backed away while I thought about it. He also accomodated the 6-year-old I was with. He made him very happy by talking to him, keeping him occupied and giving him something to eat and drink while I went back and forth. For me, as a woman, I've been in a position where I've been taken advantage of by sales people. I always had my 'radar' up. I don't like fast-talking, patrionizing salespeople. I want the bottom line. With Julius, I'm completely at ease because he is calm, not pushy, short direct answers and honest. Once I gave him to 'ok' he went back and forth to get a number I could live with. He takes all the stress out of the past two transactions for me. I recommended Julius to a business associate, she was was just as happy and made sure to let me know. Awesome! More

We met with Julius and Mike one night at closing time on a Sunday night, as they where closing gates..our older car needed to be serviced. They let us into service, and a couple of weeks later we purchased a Sunday night, as they where closing gates..our older car needed to be serviced. I explained to him my previous experience at another Jeep Dealership and I was a little unsure of using an actual Dodge Dealer to purchase. He assured me that he was a man of his word and would love the opportunity to earn my business and change my feeling about Dodge dealers. Like he told me not all are the same. In saying that he kept his word and did everything he said he would to make sure it was the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever had. Especially seeing how the entire process of price negotiating was done and handled over the phone seeing how my job doesn't seem to leave a lot of free time for 3 to 4 hours to sit at a dealer lot. Basically all I had to do once I got to the lot was give some info and copies of some paperwork then sign my contract and then take purchase of the Vehicle that I've wanted for years. Coach was excellent! Took 1 week to find right Wrangler that met our needs/wants ( color, interior, etc...) but Coach and Sales Management team worked daily with me on phone to keep me informed as to thei that met our needs/wants ( color, interior, etc...) but Coach and Sales Management team worked daily with me on phone to keep me informed as to their multi State search .
