The first words out of the Richard's mouth when he saw my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon were a threat to void my warranty because I had a 3" lift kit installed. My Jeep was in for it's first service repair for service for a cracked transmission cooler line that was defective. It was totally unrelated to the lift kit. They also charged me $150 to remove 2 aftermarket skid plates when only one had to be removed (3 bolts holding it on). The loaner car from Enterprise took a 1 hour wait before I was finally in the car also. I spoke with the service manager and he had nothing but excuses. No apologies. He was argumentative and condescending. More
I gave it the rating it deserved. For one when I contacted the Dealership via Email about a Jeep I saw on the Internet I was contacted with in an hour. Which in my experience with other Dealers this was probably a record. Once I was assigned a sales rep which was Brandon Melendez it was off to the races. I informed him of terrible experience with another Jeep Dealer and that I was gonna shoot it straight to him. And that I expected the same from him. I did not want a repeat of the last jeep purchase experience. I was assured by him that at Keffer they did not do business like that at all. So I took a risk with Brandon and as he put it to me give him a chance to earn my business. He knew that I could have chosen any dealer to buy a jeep but I was choosing Keffer at that time. In giving Brandon a chance I found out that not only was he doing all he said to earn my business, he was doing extra. I informed him that with my job some times it's later than I like to get off. Once we came to an agreement on the price and I was assured that financing was done and the jeep was my Vehicle Brandon stayed over late to wait for me to come and pick up my jeep and drop off my trade. The Dealership was pretty much closed when I arrived and I believe there were maybe 2 customers finishing up, 2 finance guys another sales rep and one sales manager there. Brandon didn't have to stay but he tool time from his Family to wait for me to sign the paperwork and personally hand me the keys to my jeep. That spoke volumes to me and is the reason why when its time for me to purchase another vehicle whether it be new or used I will be a repeat buyer with Brandon Melendez and the Keffer Family Dealership. We visited Keffer Jeep this past weekend to look for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The minute we stepped out of our car we were greated by Joey - who welcomes you into the dealership as if he was enter Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The minute we stepped out of our car we were greated by Joey - who welcomes you into the dealership as if he was entertaining in his own home. He may be one of the newer members of the Keffer team, but even without vetern car dealer/salesman status, he more than makes up for in his very personable nature. He could not have made the experience any better. He was knowledgeable and accomodating (we had him run a number of scenarios) - and we felt satisfied at the end of the day that he would continue to provide us with good service thoughout the length of our car ownership. I would definitely work with Joey again...as a matter of fact...we would request to work with him. More

Went into the dealership with all the intentions of purchasing a vehicle... It started off well dealing with LEO. He was definitely a salesman, for lack of a better term. Somewhat aggressive/ however s purchasing a vehicle... It started off well dealing with LEO. He was definitely a salesman, for lack of a better term. Somewhat aggressive/ however still a deal maker. I was interested in a 2012 Jeep Liberty JET-Edition and LEO was nice enough to let me take it home over night. Like I said, “started off well”. The vehicle I took home that night was a 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Edition and right out the door it had 37 miles and Transmission Issues. In 1st and 2nd Gear it shifted so hard, it felt as if you were being rear-ended. I brought it back the next day. And pulling up I was greeted by Matt/LEO and I explained that the vehicle was not working properly and I had apprehensions about purchasing that model, due to the reliability issue. That is when it went from okay- To worse. Matt pulled me aside and stated," It’s alright man if you just can’t afford the payment, just be honest with me that you don’t have the money". I was rather insulted. He then proceeded to belittle me with stating, what line of business are you in. I told him i worked for a bank. His response, well you probably don’t know a lot about cars. I told him any buffoon would be able to clearly see there was a transmission issue with the Vehicle and offered to show him in the parking lot. We hopped in and sure enough the car jerked in 1st gear. All Matt and his belittling aggressive behavior turned a situation to exceptionally worse. I Stated I would be interested in a deal and yes I mean a deal on a Grand Cherokee. But they did not want to haggle. I was basically let go from the store and treated rather inappropriate for a dealership that values, "Customer Service”. 8/3/12. I would really appreciate a Store Manager rectifying this issue. Because I fully intend to post about my experience on the internet with multiple websites. More

Julius stayed in touch with me answering all of my "Is it here yet" text and e-mails. And finally delivering the jeep to my home. I gave the dealership high marks on all accounts except for price, which was very fair. More
