I must say, this was by far the best car buying experience ever. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. From the General Sales Mgr Joe Maus, Sales Mgr Mike Turner, the finance manage experience ever. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. From the General Sales Mgr Joe Maus, Sales Mgr Mike Turner, the finance managers, and the other sales team/mgrs, I think I was walked up to and greweted by most everyone there within an hour of going in. I was nervous as this was my first brand new car purchase. I was put at ease quickly, they werent pushy, I felt like they really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, what I needed in terms of financing, and I fell in love with the car. I have to commend Willie Hailey and the entire Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram team on their excellent customer service. The finance guys worked a miracle and got me a great deal. I just can't say enough about everyone there. Instead of being stressed, I was smiling and laughing with Andy (finance mgr) while signing my contract. I drove off in my new car smiling. I felt like the entire time I was being a bother to my salesman because he was too busy from start of negotiations past through to having to deal with them after the purchase. Then they also tried to tel salesman because he was too busy from start of negotiations past through to having to deal with them after the purchase. Then they also tried to tell me they didn't make or didn't have items that we had negotiated within the purchase price. I was even able to pull up items online myself through JEEP that they've told me isn't sold anymore. They are telling me they will remedy the situation fully, which I feel they may, but I've spent too much time trying to get things done. It's like pulling teeth when I was the one who just spent a large amount of money and they should be taking care of me within reasonable time frames and with proper service. One top of it, each time they say they will do something I've had to either call everyday to check when they said they would call or when they do do it, they do it only partially correct. More

Brad promised a price over the phone. And when i got there it was a different story. I drove 80 miles one way to get there.
